Temperature is a fool-proof way to determine when meat is done, check out these guidelines below to ensure the perfect results every time!

Beef & Veal

130°F for rare
140°F for medium-rare
150°F for medium
160°F for well-done

Chicken

170°F for white meat
180°F for dark meat

Turkey

170°F for white meat
180°F for dark meat

Pork

160°F (remove large cuts from the heat at 150°F to 155°F and let rest so the internal temperature rises to 160°F)

Lamb

140°F for rare
145°F for medium-rare
150°F for medium
