Grilled Shrimp with Maker's Mark Butter Sauce

  1. 2 Shallots minced
  2. 1 Garlic Clove minced
  3. 1/2 Cup Maker's Mark
  4. 1/2 Cup Apple Juice
  5. 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  6. 1 Lemon Juiced
  7. 1/2 lb. butter (cut into small cubes, keep cold)
  1. Cook everything (except the butter) in a pan at medium to high heat, reduce until about 1/3 of the original liquid is left.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in butter piece-by-piece until a nice sauce forms
  3. Season with Salt and pepper, and serve with the shrimp.
